Our website uses cookies and google analytics that that are used to provide feedback so we can improve the user experience of the site. No personal or identifiable information is collected.

Occasionally, we might receive your contact information from one of our partners. If we do, we protect it in exactly the same way as if you give it to us directly.

  • If you join or do business with us, we also collect your business name and bank details and keep records of the invoices we send you and the payments you make.
  • All purchases are processed through our bank and we never have access to your credit card information.

When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your your information in gmail. We chose these systems partly for their commitment to security.

We only use your information to respond to queries or to keep you informed of upcoming events. We won’t sell or trade your personal information to third parties.

We are a group and have shared access to the main email account. When we store information in our own systems, only registered members of BWVM have access.

Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it. We use a different password for each service.

Personal contact details are never stored offline and are always kept in gmail for ease of use and security.
