About Gerard

I have over twenty years of experience in the design industry creating work for top hotels, charities, business and government bodies.

Specialising in illustration work for children’s books, toy concepts and packaging, commission work for business and private individuals plus cartoons magazines and newspapers articles.

I also work as a graphic designer, creating logo designs, product packaging, shop signage, brochures, company branding and advertising.

I have been drawing since I can remember, once I have a pen or brush in my hand something or some body will magical come to life on the page and in the last few years I have written and illustrated six of my own picture books with such titles as Noah’s Park / The Amazing Adventures of Caterpillar Pete and the Incredible Buck Butterfly / Dragupons / Pocket Mouse / The Ballad of Hu and Ali / Frankie goes to Hospital with the first four now available in Cork City and County libraries.
